Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Driver to provide safe, timely transportation for residents and support wellness programming. You will operate the community vehicle, ensuring wheelchair access and adherence to safety rules while maintaining resident comfort.

The role requires a valid CA CDL and a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional weekends. Pay ranges from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour and MBK offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid CA Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents and guests in community vehicle(s) to scheduled medical appointments, local excursions, and other planned programs.
• Load and unload residents safely, assist with wheelchairs and wheelchair lifts as needed.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any safety or mechanical issues to supervisor.
• Maintain open communication with the community on resident location and vehicle status.
