Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging, and positive environment for residents.
• Document resident participation in activities.
• Promote social, physical, emotional, and intellectual well-being.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing programs.
• Build positive relationships with residents based on their interests.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for resident care.
• Observe and communicate changes in residents' conditions.
• Assist with community outreach and marketing efforts.
