Autumn Care of Salisbury is seeking a dedicated housekeeping/laundry assistant to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for residents in a skilled nursing facility. The role focuses on cleaning resident rooms, handling laundry delivery, and supporting a healthy, safe living space under supervision.

Shifts available 7:00a–3:00p, full-time, with a wage of $13.00–$15.00 per hour. The facility emphasizes a family-like atmosphere, benefits eligibility after 30 days, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• We can provide guidance and resources to help you earn your GED.
• Must have related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job.

Responsibilities

• The primary purpose of your job is to clean resident rooms and other interior/exterior community areas, provide efficient laundry delivery services, and assist in maintaining a positive physical environment for the residents under the direction of the supervisor.
• Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community’s administration and Housekeeping Policies and Procedures.
