Job summary

The Bristal at Wayne in Wayne, NJ is seeking a Resident Services Aide for a full-time shift (7am–3pm) on-site. You’ll provide compassionate care, assist residents with ADLs, and help maintain a safe, welcoming home.

A CNA or Home Health Aide certification is required; Alzheimer’s/dementia experience is a plus. English fluency and a patient, caring demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide certification required.
Experience assisting residents with Alzheimer's/dementia is a plus.
Must be able to speak and read in English.
Geriatric care experience preferred and able to follow care routines.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
Escort residents to meals and recreational activities.
Support residents in achieving well-being across physical, emotional and psycho-social aspects.
Follow policies and directions from supervisors and wellness leaders.
