• Shifts: Full Time 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Availability: Various days Monday-Friday & every other weekend

Who We're Looking For:

We seek compassionate, dedicated individuals who embody our core values of character, gratitude, purpose, and heart.

Experience: 1 year in assisted living (preferred)
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
Age: Must be at least 18 years old
Preferred Background: Healthcare, hospitality, or service experience
Certifications: CPR & First Aid (or willingness to obtain)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs), including dressing, bathing, grooming, and mobility
• Help residents with meals, activities, and companionship
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to the Health & Wellness Director
• Respond to emergency call systems and provide assistance as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents
• Assist with housekeeping duties and laundry as needed
• Provide compassionate communication with residents and their families
