Job summary

Paramount Recovery Service in Los Angeles is seeking a highly motivated Repossession Agent/Tow Truck Driver for full-time day and night shifts. You will tow, repossess, and return vehicles safely while ensuring accurate paperwork and adherence to laws.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years towing and 1+ years repossession experience, with a valid license and clean driving record. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years towing experience.
• 1+ years Recovery/Repossession experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (must be at least 22 years old for insurance purposes).
• Ability to operate a tow truck and other related equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Tow vehicles as directed by management
• Repossess vehicles in accordance with state and federal laws
• Return vehicles to designated locations
• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned
