Position Overview

FULL-TIME REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (NOVA SCOTIA)

We are looking for full-time customer service representatives to support inbound customer service, help desk, and back-office processing for commercial and public sector support positions. In this role, you will handle inbound calls, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and build strong relationships with customers while professionally representing some of the most recognizable brands in the world.

Position Responsibilities

As a Work-At-Home Contact Center Representative, your tasks include:

  • Listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving issues
  • Using systems and technology for account management

  • Escalating customer dissatisfaction appropriately

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive pay, starting at $15.20/hr plus bonuses, with benefits including PTO, health coverage, retirement options, disability and life insurance, career growth opportunities, paid training, and a casual dress code.

Physical Requirements

The role is largely sedentary, involving sitting/standing for long periods, using a computer and telephone headset, and occasional office movement. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds is required.
