Job summary

Broad River Rehab is seeking a full-time Rehab Tech / CNA to support our therapy team at a skilled nursing facility in Raleigh, NC. This role involves assisting therapists, transporting patients, preparing treatment spaces, and maintaining patient records.

The position requires a minimum high school diploma, CNA certification, and at least one year of healthcare experience. A 5-day schedule with weekend options is offered along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for teamwork.
• Ability to collaborate with therapists and staff to support patient care.
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA certification preferred.
• Minimum one year healthcare experience required.

Responsibilities

• Under licensed therapists, assist with patient care and rehabilitation activities.
• Transport and position patients, and prepare equipment for treatments.
• Assist licensed personnel and facilitate telehealth visits when needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Complete forms, records, and communications with appropriate staff.
