Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a full-time Lead Nurse to join our wellness team in Illinois. You will administer IV therapies and injections, educate clients on products, and guide patients through Hyperbaric Oxygen sessions.

You’ll document every visit in EMR, support the nursing director, and participate in events and outreach with the team. Ideal candidates hold an RN license with 2+ years in acute care, strong time management, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current credentials.
• 2+ years in acute care (ER/ICU) or similar.
• Experience administering injections and IV therapy.
• Proficient with electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV drip therapy and IM injections.
• Educate clients on IV therapies and ingredients.
• Guide clients through Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
• Document visits in EMR and ensure accuracy.
• Answer client questions using the Nursing Reference Guide.
• Communicate issues to nursing team and director.
• Provide therapeutic communication and customer service.
• Assist staff with store services and outreach events.
• Order medical supplies and audit charts monthly.
• Plan and participate in off-site nursing events.

A Snapshot of a Full Time - Lead Nurse’s Role

• Administering IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular Injections to deliver our menu of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants
• Educating clients on the qualities and benefits of our IV Drips and Intramuscular Injection ingredients
• Guiding clients through Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions
• Documenting client visits through the use of electronic medical records
• Addressing and answering client questions using the Restore Nursing Reference Guide under the supervision of the provider and nursing director
• Communicating to the nursing team any issues or adverse effects clients experience
• Providing therapeutic communication along with exceptional customer service
• Assisting staff with store services
• Participating in off-site nursing events and special projects
• Ordering medical supplies
• Auditing a portion of medical charts done each month
• Planning and outreach for events

Qualities You Need to Succeed as a RestoreNurse

• You’re licensed as aRegistered Nurse (RN).
• You have one totwo years of experience as a nurse in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, or similar).
• You have at least two years of experience administering injections.
• You have great time management skills and is able to prioritize tasks.
• You’re comfortable using electronic medical records to document client details.
• You maintain a non-judgemental outlook and have a demonstrated ability to work with a diverse clientele.
• Your verbal and written communication skills are on point.
• You value ethics and integrity.
