Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Full Time Lead Nurse to join our wellness team. The role emphasizes IV drip therapy, injections, and guidance of Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy in a fun, non-traditional setting.

You will document visits using EMR and maintain high standards of patient care and service. Qualified candidates are licensed RNs with 1–2 years in acute care and at least two years administering injections.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of nursing experience in acute care (ER/ICU or similar)
• At least 2 years of experience administering injections
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities
• Comfort using electronic medical records to document client details

Responsibilities

• Administer IV drip therapy and intramuscular injections.
• Educate clients on IV drip ingredients and benefits.
• Guide clients through Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions.
• Document client visits in electronic medical records.
• Address client questions using the Nursing Reference Guide under supervision.
• Communicate issues or adverse effects to nursing staff and director.
• Provide therapeutic communication and exceptional customer service.
• Assist staff with store services and client flow.
• Participate in off-site nursing events and special projects.
• Order medical supplies and audit monthly charts.
• Plan events and engage in outreach activities.

A Snapshot of a Full Time - Lead Nurse’s Role

• Administering IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular Injections to deliver our menu of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants


• Educating clients on the qualities and benefits of our IV Drips and Intramuscular Injection ingredients


• Guiding clients through Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions


• Documenting client visits through the use of electronic medical records


• Addressing and answering client questions using the Restore Nursing Reference Guide under the supervision of the provider and nursing director


• Communicating to the nursing team any issues or adverse effects clients experience


• Providing therapeutic communication along with exceptional customer service


• Assisting staff with store services


• Participating in off-site nursing events and special projects


• Ordering medical supplies


• Auditing a portion of medical charts done each month


• Planning and outreach for events

Qualities You Need to Succeed as a RestoreNurse

• You’re licensed as aRegistered Nurse (RN).


• You have one totwo years of experience as a nurse in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, or similar).


• You have at least two years of experience administering injections.
