Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness + Cryotherapy is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to join our on-site wellness team as a Full Time Lead Nurse. This role focuses on IV Drip Therapy, IM injections, patient education, and providing outstanding customer service in a non-traditional medical setting.

You will document visits in electronic medical records, mentor staff, assist with store operations, participate in events, and support the nursing director.

Qualifications

• RN licensed and in good standing.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience in an acute care setting (ER/ICU or similar).
• At least two years of experience administering injections.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Comfort with using EMR to document client visits.
• Ability to work with diverse clientele with empathy and non-judgement.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV Drip Therapy and IM injections.
• Educate clients on IV Drip and injection ingredients and benefits.
• Guide clients through Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions.
• Document client visits in EMR systems.
• Answer client questions using the Restore Nursing Reference Guide with supervision.
• Communicate issues or adverse effects to nursing director.
• Provide therapeutic communication and exceptional customer service.
• Assist staff with store services and outreach events.
• Participate in off-site nursing events and special projects.
• Order medical supplies and audit charts monthly.
• Plan and execute events and outreach.

A Snapshot of a Full Time - Lead Nurse’s Role

• Administering IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular Injections to deliver our menu of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants
• Educating clients on the qualities and benefits of our IV Drips and Intramuscular Injection ingredients
• Guiding clients through Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions
• Documenting client visits through the use of electronic medical records
• Addressing and answering client questions using the Restore Nursing Reference Guide under the supervision of the provider and nursing director
• Communicating to the nursing team any issues or adverse effects clients experience
• Providing therapeutic communication along with exceptional customer service
• Assisting staff with store services
• Participating in off-site nursing events and special projects
• Ordering medical supplies
• Auditing a portion of medical charts done each month
• Planning and outreach for events
• Weekend shifts required

Qualities You Need to Succeed as a RestoreNurse

• You’re licensed as aRegistered Nurse (RN).
• You have one to two years of experience as a nurse in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, or similar).
• You have at least two years of experience administering injections.
• You have great time management skills and are able to prioritize tasks.
