Position Summary

• Provide direct patient care as per RN responsibilities
• Oversee care provision during assigned shift
• Serve as a resource to direct care staff
• Coordinate on-site responses to incidents, errors, and sentinel events
• Support the DON with hiring, orientation, staffing, staff education, performance improvement, and other activities

Qualifications & Benefits
