Royale Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center in Grants Pass, OR seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide hands-on care and lead the nursing team on a full-time basis.

Starting pay ranges from $51.00 to $60.50 per hour, based on licensed nursing experience. The role emphasizes individualized care plans, collaboration with families and the care team, and compliance with state/federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in Oregon.
• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Ability to supervise nursing staff and lead care delivery.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and update comprehensive, individualized care plans.
• Assess residents’ needs and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
