Job summary

Atlantic Health in Pompton Lakes, New Jersey, seeks a Registered Nurse to collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to treat patients with diverse injuries and illnesses. You will monitor patients, administer medications, record data, educate patients, and support care plans.

Responsibilities include accurate charting, monitoring vital signs, and participating in the development and evaluation of nursing care plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports.
• Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects and reactions.
• Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.
• Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
• Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
• Records patient vital signs and medical information.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
