Job summary

You will document securely under HIPAA, educate patients and families, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes across diverse populations.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with the state of employment.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong clinical skills with focus on patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to inform care plans.
• Administer IV medications and injections with aseptic technique.
• Manage biologic infusions, catheter and wound care as trained.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for discharge planning and care coordination.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation in EMR/EHR systems.
• Educate patients and families on health management and medication use.
