Job summary

Premise Health in Boulder, CO is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse to provide care for client employees at our Health Center. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, promoting work/life balance.

The role includes nursing evaluations, collaborating with physicians, administering medications, maintaining records, and educating patients on health promotion. Prior ER/occupational health experience is preferred; BLS required.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice required.
• BLS required; ACLS may be required depending on contract.
• 3+ years RN experience in ER or ambulatory care.
• Occupational health/Case management cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient care needs and perform nursing evaluations.
• Collaborate with physicians for medical evaluation and care.
• Perform tests and treatments as defined by site contract.
• Administer medications and emergency care within scope.
• Maintain equipment, infection control, and safe environment.
• Document health records accurately and up-to-date.
• Educate patients on health promotion and follow-up care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
