Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver patient care across diverse communities. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care using the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and other professionals to optimize outcomes.

The role involves providing care across preventive, diagnostic, and follow-up phases, coordinating services, educating patients, and adhering to nursing standards and licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure for NLC states.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience and at least six months of travel experience.
• Ability to live at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
• Required competencies and certifications maintained as per departmental standards.
