Job summary

Health Wealth Safe, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver patient-centered care across diverse facilities.

You will work 12-hour rotating shifts and travel at least 60 miles to each assigned site, coordinating with physicians and care teams. This travel position offers 14-week contracts with options to extend or transfer to other sites, with competitive weekly pay including stipends and eligibility for benefits such as health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time

Qualifications

• RN license must be current and unencumbered.
• Travel nursing experience required (minimum 6 months).
• At least 1 year of nursing experience.
• Must be willing to travel 60 miles to facilities.
• 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Maintains required certifications and competencies.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver individualized care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and evaluate patient care.
• Perform patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions across care phases.
• Provide care within nursing standards and adhere to regulations and ethics.
