Job description

A RDA opportunity in northern San Diego county.

This is a permanent, full-time position in a community health center setting near Valley Center, CA.

The facility provides comprehensive care to an underserved patient population, offering a rewarding chance to impact the health of the community. Clinic hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Candidates must have graduated from a Dental (RDA) Assisting program and have at least 1 year of experience as an RDA beyond program completion. Additionally, candidates must hold current California RDA certification, Coronal Polishing certification, and a Radiation License.

Compensation is competitive, ranging from $24 to $27 per hour, with full benefits including low-cost PPO medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement matching, PTO, 14 paid holidays, health insurance, FSA, short/long term disability, and paid certification/licensing fees.
