Location: La Plata, MD 20646

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 10am - 7pm ET

Aligned Vision Behavior (AVB) is on a mission to provide quality in-home ABA services to clients aged 1 to 21 years old in order to increase skills and reduce behaviors that have been negatively impacting success. We focus on nurturing a collaborative approach between family members, teachers, parents, and providers to ensure sustainability outside of therapy sessions.

Our team of Behavior Technicians provide in-house services to clients throughout Maryland while enjoying competitive pay, benefits, flexibility, and training. About the Role:

In this role, you will implement behavior goals in the home setting of a child with autism. You will work closely with your supervisor (BCBA) to implement goals through remote supervision. Data collection is an integral part of this role, and this person must be comfortable collecting data, completing detailed notes after each session, and ensuring data integrity.

Compensation:

The pay is between $24.00 - $29.00/hour depending on experience.

Position Requirements:

  • Experience in ABA preferred
  • At least 1-year experience working with children is highly preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check
