This role supports store operations by receiving and stocking merchandise, ensuring products are available and properly presented for customers.

Your Day at Lowe's

As a Receiver/Stocker, you keep our stores clean and presentable to improve customers' shopping experience. You ensure merchandise is accurately received and replenished by safely unloading freight, moving it to the sales floor, and stocking shelves. The role is physically demanding and may require lifting and moving merchandise, replacing damaged shelving, keeping the backroom organized, handling hazardous materials, and ensuring equipment is charged. Most tasks are not customer-facing, but you may assist customers and answer questions when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure products are accurately received, stocked, and replenished.
• Follow proper lifting guidelines to safely stock products on shelves.
• Ensure aisles are clean, organized, and safe.
• Engage customers, vendors, and associates with a positive attitude.
• Remain vigilant and report safety or security concerns around the store.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Able to use a smartphone and other common retail technology.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift or similar equipment.
• Experience in a warehouse environment performing inventory handling and stocking.

Travel Requirements

Pay Range
