Your Day at Lowe's

You will keep our stores clean and presentable, ensure merchandise is received and stocked properly, and may assist customers occasionally. The role requires physical activity, including proper lifting procedures, organizing, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure products are accurately received, stocked, and replenished.
• Follow proper lifting guidelines to safely stock products.
• Maintain clean and organized aisles and work environment.
• Engage positively with customers, vendors, and associates.
• Report safety concerns and adhere to safety regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Good verbal communication and listening skills.
• Ability to use a smartphone and retail technology.
• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment.
• Experience in warehouse inventory handling and stocking.
