Job summary

ABLE Kids in Pooler, GA is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). You will work one-on-one with children ages 2–6, delivering ABA-based interventions to build communication and daily living skills. A $250 sign-on bonus is offered for certified RBTs, with hands-on training provided.

No RBT certification or ABA experience? We provide company-sponsored training and cover certification costs, with a supportive clinical team and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete company-sponsored training.
• Pass a background check and obtain CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Teach communication, play, social, and daily living skills.
• Encourage independence and confidence.
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor each child's progress.
• Collaborate with families and the clinical team.
• Create a positive, engaging learning environment.
