Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays; starting immediately. Competitive hourly pay varies by education level, with opportunities for growth, promotions, and funded RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or willing to obtain within 20 days of hire.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move/position children as needed.
• Willingness to work full-time schedule with daytime hours.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Watch a Behavior Technician at work and learn from demonstrated sessions.
