A leading behavioral therapy provider in Kenosha is seeking a Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver individualized therapy and support clients in a caring environment. The ideal candidate will have an RBT certification or be willing to obtain one, with a passion for helping children with developmental disabilities. Qualifications

• RBT Certification or willingness to complete the process, training provided.
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Must be reliable and able to work a consistent full-time schedule (M–F).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in a clinic-based setting.
• Implement behavior intervention plans created by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality care.
