Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with young children using play-based ABA therapy. The role follows individualized treatment plans, with data collection and a focus on engaging, safe sessions in a clinic setting.

Starting immediately, the position offers guaranteed full-time hours, regular raises, and a supportive growth-focused culture within ABC clinics in Texas.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification required.
• Minimum age 18 years old and ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• High school diploma or higher.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team-oriented and willing to support other ABC clinics if needed.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
