Job summary

Lotus Broadcasting is seeking a detail-oriented Radio Traffic Assistant to join our traffic network in Las Vegas. The role supports the Traffic Manager and interfaces with Sales, Production and Programming to ensure accurate scheduling, placement, and execution of commercial advertising across our stations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, can meet multiple deadlines, and thrives in a fast-paced media environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in radio/media traffic or administrative support is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook.
• Experience with Marketron traffic and vCreative software preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Enter, schedule, and maintain commercial advertising orders within the traffic system.
• Verify accuracy of commercial logs and make necessary adjustments.
• Coordinate with sales and production departments to ensure all advertising campaigns air correctly.
• Monitor daily logs for conflicts, discrepancies, and missing content.
• Generate reports and provide administrative support for Traffic Manager.
• Manage Streaming Continuity
• Ensure compliance with station policies, advertiser requirements, and FCC regulations.
• Provide excellent internal customer service and support to station staff.

Position: Full-Time Radio Traffic Assistant

Position Summary

Lotus Broadcasting is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Radio Traffic Assistant to join our Lotus Traffic Network. This position is based in Las Vegas but will work with other Lotus-operated markets. This Traffic Assistant position supports the Traffic Manager and Traffic team, which interfaces and communicates with all other departments within the station, including Sales, Production and Programming. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate scheduling, placement, and execution of commercial advertising across our radio stations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to meet multiple deadlines, and comfortable working in a fast-paced media environment.
