Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our full-time team in Ocean Grove, NJ. Earn $35.00–$42.00 per hour with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and work in SNF / long-term care settings under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as PTA in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in identifying suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
