Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Sugar Land, TX to join our full-time clinical team.

The PTA will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and participate in education for patients and families throughout the treatment process. Responsibilities include documenting treatment per physician orders, maintaining caseloads, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, compliant care while

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Must hold a valid license/permit to practice in the state of operation.
• CPR certification required during employment in a clinical role.
• Must be a licensed driver willing to travel to all business locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and document treatment per physician orders and policy.
• Document interventions, approaches and treatment priorities.
• Educate and counsel patients and families; communicate progress to supervising therapist.
• Present patient information to supervising therapist and keep team informed of status.
