Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in southeastern Connecticut (06340). Compensation is $35.00–$42.00 per hour, and the role is in SNF/Long-Term Care settings.

You will provide PTA-guided treatment under a licensed PT, participate in patient selection, coordinate referrals, and maintain required documentation while enjoying a supportive, mentorship-rich environment and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
