Step Up Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy services in our SNF settings, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety and function for residents in Ybor City and Tampa Lakes facilities.

Qualified candidates hold an accredited PTA degree and an active Florida PTA license (or be license-eligible); SNF or post-acute experience is preferred, and familiarity with Net Health systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled PTA therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
• Help residents regain independence through skilled therapy.
