Tender Touch Rehab Services in Danbury, CT is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (FT) with a sign-on bonus up to $5,000. Compensation ranges from $35.00 to $42.00 per hour for a full-time SNF/Long-Term Care setting.

Responsibilities

• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
