Job summary

West Delray Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our care team. You will collaborate with licensed Physical Therapists to support residents in reaching their therapy goals in a positive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant license in Florida.
• At least 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with licensed Physical Therapists to implement individualized therapy plans.
• Deliver safe and effective rehabilitative treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Follow facility protocols, including infection control and proper use of PPE.
• Document therapy sessions accurately and communicate progress to the care team.
• Report any safety concerns, equipment issues, or missing SDSs promptly.
