Diamond Rehab in Rosepine, LA is seeking a full-time, licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at Rosepine Retirement and Rehab. This position is based in a skilled nursing facility and offers a supportive clinical environment with competitive benefits.

As a PTA you will provide rehabilitative services under supervision, assist with care plans, document progress, and collaborate with therapists and nursing staff to support residents’ mobility and daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited PTA program, or graduating within 6 months.
• Current or eligible PTA license in Louisiana.
• Location: Rosepine, Louisiana in a skilled nursing facility.
