Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time, on-site role at our Malvern, PA facility. You will provide PTA services under the supervision of a licensed PT, contribute to patient care across SNF and long-term care settings, and support your clinical growth with our education programs.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist following state guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
