Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a Full-Time position at our Malvern, PA site, serving SNF and long-term care settings.

You will provide PT treatments under supervision, assist with patient selection and referrals, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes. Growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
