Job summary

Renewal Rehab in Illinois is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing team in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. This full-time role offers competitive pay and opportunities for professional development.

You will provide PT treatments under supervision, assist in patient selection, document as required, and collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality rehab services. Must hold a PTA license in the state.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as PTA in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
