Job summary

Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Carlisle, PA is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care setting.

The PTA will provide treatments under a Physical Therapist, support mobility and independence, document progress, and collaborate with nursing and therapy staff in a multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• PA PTA license active or pending

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence
• Document treatment sessions and patient progress accurately and timely
• Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain compliance with facility, state, and federal regulations
