Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in Stafford Township, New Jersey. The position operates in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care setting and requires current PTA licensure in the state.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associates degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation/referral.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
