Tender Touch Rehab Services is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in Stafford Township, NJ. You will work in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting under a licensed Physical Therapist, delivering therapy, coordinating patient care, and maintaining regulatory documentation.

The ideal candidate is a licensed PTA with an associate degree from an APTA-accredited program and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• ATPA-accredited PTA program with relevant coursework.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of licensed PT.
• Identify suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation/referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are current and obtained.
