Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in Windsor, CT.

You will provide physical therapy treatments under a licensed PT, assist with patient selection and referrals, and collaborate to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• PTA degree from an APTA-accredited program.
• Current PTA license in the practice state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in identifying suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation/referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are current.
