Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in state of practice
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements and ensure up-to-date orders
