Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in Winchester, IL, in SNF/Long-Term Care settings. You will provide PTA services under a supervising Physical Therapist to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in state of practice
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
