Renewal Rehab in Winchester, IL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for full-time work in SNF and long-term care settings. You will provide PT treatments under supervision and help identify suitable patients for therapy and referrals, coordinating with the PT for evaluations.

Qualifications
