You will provide PTA treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, identify suitable patients, coordinate with the PT for evaluation, maintain regulatory documentation, and support team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• AS PTA degree from an APTA-accredited program; active license in state.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
