Job summary

Renewal Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. You will provide PT treatments under a licensed PT, coordinate patient referrals, and ensure compliant documentation to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
