Job summary

South Pacific Rehab Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. The role offers competitive pay and opportunities for professional growth within the Enhance Therapies family of companies.

You will provide PTA-supervised therapy, assist with patient selection, documentcare and collaborate with the PT and the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
