Job summary

South Pacific Rehab Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team in a part-time role. You will provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in SNF and long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
