Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for full-time work in a SNF/long-term care setting. You will provide PT treatments under a licensed Therapist and support patient evaluations and referrals.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license for the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Identify suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
