CommuniCare Rehab in Clarksville, IN is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for Wedgewood Healthcare Center. You will work with our in-house therapy team to support residents’ mobility, gait training and daily living activities under a PT’s supervision.

Qualifications

• A Physical Therapy Assistant Degree from an Accredited Program.
• Hold a valid or pending State Physical Therapy Assistant License.

Responsibilities

• Verifies client information by interviewing client; reviewing and/or recording medical history.
• Helps clients improve mobility and independence under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Implements treatment plans and collaborates with the therapy team and families.
